• PHS conducted on World Health Day, 7th April 2004  

• Inauguration of the IHS Water Quality Testing Services
  The Institute of Health Systems organized Inauguration of its "Water Quality Testing Services". Sri J.V.R. Prasada Rao, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India will inaugurated the services on 16th March 2004, at 3 pm and
  Dr. P.Hrishikesh, Chairman of the Institute presided over the function.

• Training program on Managing Primary Health Care in Remote Areas (MPHCR)
  The Institute is organising a full time training program on MPHCR for PHC Medical officers starting from 09/02/2004. The institute will train total 280 doctors as part of the training program. This will be divided in to ten batches. The first batch of the training program  was successfully completed on 24/02/2004. Ms. Manikumari, Hon. Minister for Tribal Welfare and Disabled Welfare was the chief guest for the valedictory function of the first batch. She presented the Certificates for the Participants.

• Annual General Body Meeting conducted on 29/12/2006.
  The Institute was conducted its tenth Annual General Body Meeting on 29/12/2006 in the Institute's premises at 3:30 P.M. Annual day celebrations followed after the General Body Meeting. Board of Governor's Meeting was being held on 31/12/2006 at 3 P.M. in the Board room of the IHS.
